On September 24-25, Piryx Founder and CEO Tom Serres was in Washington, DC to discuss online mobilization and fundraising. Other thought leaders during the presentation included Peter Greenberger (Google), and Jim Gillian (3dna). Moderating the panel was Todd Herman from the RNC. Thought leaders and other influencers came together to discuss online activism, media and politics. In attendance were public officials, regulators, experts from think tanks, trade associations, public relations, and members of the media.

This was the inaugural AMP Summit event, and as mentioned on their site, explores the question, “how are people, empowered by technology, changing the world of activism, media, and politics?” Other topics discussed included social gaming, digital democracy, effective online campaigning, and much more. Piryx is proud to have taken part in this event, and share their guiding vision for online fundraising with such esteemed individuals in the tech-politics space.
